Once you have decided to go ahead to create your stunning conversion, we will work closely with you to produce detailed architectural drawings. Once agreed, we will then work with local authority planning to ensure any relevant permissions required are obtained.
Specialist Construction
Once all planning has been completed, we will then construct your loft conversion, using only the finest of materials. All projects are overseen and project managed by a company Director who is available 24/7 should any query arise. We complete the build from start to finish, providing all plumbing, plaster and electrics as needed. Most loft conversions are completed within 4-6 weeks.
